The Department
The Wagering Products (WP) Division is responsible for driving the wagering business strategy and results for the Club through the wagering products of Horse Racing (Local and Overseas), Football, Mark Six lottery and International Commingling with the aim to drive wagering turnover and revenue growth in a socially responsible and sustainable manner.
The Betting Operations Control Centre (BOCC) of our Betting Control & Customer Operations Department is the main co-ordination and service centre for all business channels under Wagering Products Division. It provides 7x24 operations to maintain quality and efficient services and acts as the central control point for all wagering products and channels activities.

The Job
You will:

  • support the operations of the Betting Operations Control Centre (BOCC)
  • provide accurate match result for verification by consolidating relevant information from various information sources
  • provide an efficient and effective football information support services through searching the Internet
  • support project administrative work and assist in the development and implementation such as record maintenance, logistics support, etc.
  • have to be able to work on shifts round the clock, including Sundays and public holiday

About You
You should have:

  • tertiary education or above
  • at least 1 year of working experience; clerical experience is an advantage
  • good football knowledge
  • proficient computer knowledge and skill such as MS Office, Internet surfing, etc.
  • effective interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese


Terms of Employment
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
