Responsibilities:

Financing and Investment Management

• Design financing plans and explore diversified financing channels.
• Control financing costs and evaluate the risks and returns of financing structures.

Bank and Financial Institution Relationship Management

• Maintain external partnerships with banks, securities firms, rating agencies, etc.
• Lead financing negotiations, sign financing agreements, and follow up on loan disbursement and repayment.

Risk Control and Compliance

• Identify and assess financial risks, and develop hedging strategies.
• Ensure compliance with national regulations, internal corporate policies, and audit requirements in financial operations.
• Prepare regular financial analysis reports and liquidity management reports.

Financial Planning and Budget Management

• Manage cash flow liquidity effectively.
• Oversee bank accounts and authorization processes.

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, economics, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in financial management or fund-related roles within the real economy sector.
• Familiarity with corporate financing, foreign exchange management, and cash pool operations.
• Proficient in the rules of financial markets and sensitive to macroeconomic policies and industry trends
• Strong negotiation skills, risk awareness, and cross-departmental collaboration capabilities
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to complete reports for headquarters on time
• Clear logical thinking, strong stress tolerance, and the ability to handle unexpected financial issues
• High professional ethics and a strong sense of confidentiality
• Proficient in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
