Responsibilities:
To provide quality services to our residents and guests
To be responsible for daily operation of the property, including but not limited to office administration, procurement, customer services, complaint handling etc.
To supervise the overall performance of contractors to ensure their services properly provided
To direct and supervise building staff
To perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
Degree / Diploma holder in Property Management, Facilities Management or related disciplines
At least 5 years' relevant experience in luxury residential building;
Member of a professional body recognized by the PMSA is an advantage
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
