The incumbent will assist supervisor(s) to plan and manage tasks that support the bank’s channel & platform management team to develop and maintain our digital channels of the Bank including Mobile Banking, Internet Banking and Corporate Website and to perform quality assurance on digital products for customer channels and internal supporting platforms.
Responsibilities
Understand customer’s feedback and complaints on using retail banking digital products
Develop and identify opportunities in digital products and platforms
Identify defects and work with technical teams to provide solutions of defects on various channels such as Internet Banking (BEA Online), Mobile Banking, etc.
Work with testing team lead to produce testing reports
Liaise with Business / Product Owner, Quality Assurance team to resolve defects
Report defects to IT Department and testing team lead
Liaise with related business and support departments as needed
Requirements
University graduate in business management or a relevant discipline
Preferable 3-5 years’ experience in banking sector covering the following:
At least 3 years’ experience in relevant job nature in retail banking digital products or platforms
Good understanding in retail banking products and services;
Sound knowledge in retail banking operations, procedures, regulatory and compliance requirements;
Equipped with understanding and proficiency in HTML and CSS;
Experience using a Content Management System (CMS);
Good interpersonal, communication skills;
Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);
Able to work under pressure and deliver in good quality.
Candidates with less experience can be considered for Officer position.
