Responsibilities:

• Responsible for C&B operations for both office staff and site staff, including but not limited to payroll, retirement plan and all benefits administration;
• Act as an HR Business Partner to collaborate with internal department;
• Manage the HRIS (BIPO) to ensure quality of data and continuous enhancement of the system
• Participate in HR projects including annual budgeting, salary reviews and performance appraisal;
• Prepare salary benchmarks and compile statistics and analytical data;
• Manage employee records, and generate various HR reports and analysis;
• Assist in reviewing company policies and employee benefits;
• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related fields;
• At least 6 years’ solid working experience in C&B function;
• Well-versed with HK Employment Ordinance;
• Experience in HR Information System;
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua;
• Strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving skills, and be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively;
• Mature, willing to learn, proactive team player and assertive communication skill;
• Proficiency in MS Office applications;
