Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to Finance & Accounting Department (F&A)
  • Responsible for filing and records storage
  • Assist in handing invoices and payments
  • Assist in preparing reports, correspondence / documents
  • Coordinate and handle submissions to external parties including banks and regulators
  • Assist in coordination for internal and external audits
  • Schedule appointments and meetings with internal and external parties
  • Arrange business trip accommodation and flight / train ticket reservations for F&A management team
  • Perform other assignments as required

Requirements:

  • Diploma / post-secondary education
  • 3 - 5 years of team administrative / secretarial support experience
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proactive, organized, efficient, and able to work independently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
