Job Descriptions:

• Operate data center facilities, monitor their performance and troubleshoot issues
• Monitor the availability and performance of environmental facilities in data centre
• Perform access control for visitors of data centre by verifying their authorization in the access control system
• Monitor the physical security in data centre by means of digital video recording system and perform routine physical security checking
• Assist in handling Helpdesk activities, including problem reporting and incident handling

Job Requirements:

• F.5 Graduate, Higher Diploma or equivalent in IT is preferred
• Experience in Windows or user support
• Knowledge in data or system backup
• Min. 2 years IT working experience
• Experience in operator duty or data center is highly preferred
• Shift-duty and traveling allowance will be provided
