Being one of the most versatile sexual wellness product distributors, you will work with our team to provide day-to-day all-rounded support to the company. You will be one of the support team for the back office. What's more? Join our team to gain experience working in markets including Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Australia and the UK.

Duties

• Handle full set of accounting and office administration functions.
• Handle accounts payable & accounts receivable.
• Responsible for daily accounting operations including but not limited to bookkeeping, voucher preparation, ledger posting, e-filing & cheque/cash deposit.
• Handle payroll calculation, taxation, MPF administration, and maintain staff records.
• Assist in preparing month-end and year-end closing.
• Perform all-round office administration and clerical duties such as equipment maintenance, replenishment of office supplies, purchasing, etc.
• Ad-hoc duties being assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Must be a Hong Kong resident.
• 1 year or above relevant experience is preferred.
• Candidates with LCCI Level 2 or above are an advantage.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently & meticulously.
• Proficient in the PEACHTREE/Sage accounting system is an advantage.
• Good command of writing in Chinese; fair command of writing in English.
• Good command of speaking in Cantonese; fair command of speaking in English & Mandarin.
• Good interpersonal skills.
