Our client is a leading insurance firm in Hong Kong focused on innovative financial solutions and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing lead capture and nurturing processes across O2O channels.

Job Duties

• Convert user input into actionable business requirements.
• Design and optimize lead capture processes with a UX/UI mindset.
• Define and monitor lead nurturing strategies across digital platforms and offline engagement.
• Drive end-to-end digital project delivery, coordinating with cross-functional teams and tracking milestones.
• Manage UAT and provide post-implementation support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in insurance, financial services, or digital transformation.
• Proficiency in UX/UI tools (e.g., Figma, Visio, draw.io) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Strong understanding of insurance processes (corporate solutions, agency/broker channels) is a plus.
• Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
