Our client is a leading insurance firm in Hong Kong focused on innovative financial solutions and enhancing customer satisfaction. In this role, you will leverage advanced analytics and machine learning to drive customer insights and support data-driven decision-making.

Job Duties:

• Conduct in-depth analysis on customer 360, segmentation, sequence analysis, and hypothesis testing.
• Build and evaluate machine learning models using supervised and unsupervised techniques.
• Design, develop, and deliver interactive dashboards using Power BI to visualize key metrics and insights.
• Prepare and deliver accurate, timely reports for management, ensuring data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Proficiency in Python , Excel , and Power BI .
• Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks or similar cloud-based data processing tools.
• Strong analytical skills to extract meaningful insights from large datasets
• Experience in designing and delivering interactive dashboards and data visualizations
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills to present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fleunt in Cantonese and English
