Position Title: Head, Financial Institution Cooperation
Job Responsibilities
1.Institutional Business Development and Implementation
Focus on establishing business connections with top-tier Chinese and foreign financial institutions; design cooperation plans for various products such as equity derivatives and bonds.
Identify the needs of institutional clients, drive joint product development, channel sharing, cross-marketing, and other deep cooperation.
Build a Hong Kong financial institution resource database, and regularly update cooperation activities and competitive analyses.
2. Enhancing Banking Relationship
Establish communication mechanisms with mainstream commercial banks in Hong Kong.
Coordinate with the banking side to resolve issues such as corporate account opening, fund clearing, foreign exchange management, etc.
Set up an emergency response mechanism for bank relationship managers to ensure 24/7 resolution of critical issues.
3. Resource Integration and Strategy Development
Develop an annual roadmap for institutional cooperation with quantifiable market expansion targets (e.g., client growth, revenue contribution, gross profit improvement).
Coordinate with internal teams (compliance, product, technology) to customize institutional cooperation solutions.
Monitor changes in financial regulatory policies in Hong Kong and implement relevant updates for licensing and qualifications.
Job Requirements
1.Mandatory Requirements
Over 10 years of experience in financial institution cooperation in Hong Kong, with at least 3 years of team management experience.
In-depth understanding of the core business processes and cooperation models of investment banks, brokerages, and commercial banks.
Existing network must include decision-makers from at least five institutions.
Proficiency in cross-border financial regulatory frameworks (e.g., HKMA, SFC regulations).
2. Core Competencies
Exceptional Relationship-Building Skills: Proven ability to directly engage with MD/CEO-level executives at institutions.
Crisis Resolution Expertise: Hands-on experience in resolving complex issues such as account freezing and fund flow obstructions.
Resource Monetization: Track record of facilitating cooperation projects with an annual revenue contribution of no less than HKD 10 million.
3. Language Requirement
Fluent in Mandarin and business English.
