Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Operation & QA Manager of Central Kitchen Division in general administration
  • Handle the administration & financial documents;
  • Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • HKCEE / HKDSE or equivalent;
  • Min. 2 years experience in general administration;
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Experience / Knowledge in food safety will be an advantage but not a must. Training in food safety management & hygiene will be provided.

  • Working location: Fotan central kitchen with occasional operation support in Kowloon Tong Canteen.
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
