What you need to do:

• Manage the debt collection team
• Design digitalize notification measure on delinquency and problem client
• Handle debt collector case assignment, legal proceeding and recovery management 
• Handle outside collection agency (OCA) 
• Review and analyse the loan quality and report to management 
• Prepare loan restructuring proposal and evaluate the credit risk of problem accounts 
• Help with inspections and monitor the sale of collateral.

What you need to have:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the financing field
• Degree or above in Credit Risk Management, Statistic or related disciplines
• Knowledge in freight and logistics practices would be an advantage
• Strong sense of responsibility, independent and detail minded
• Proactive, innovative and a good team player and leader
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Willing to travel
• Immediate availability is a plus
