Responsibilities:
•Oversee the F&B operation efficiency, execute strategies to achieve company goals, sales target, business development
•Develop and implement operations procedures to maximize sales growth, productivity and manpower efficiency
•Control and review operating expenses such as food and beverage cost
•Build a strong relationship and loyalty with customers
•Ensure Company standard can be maintained effectively in assigned area in terms of food quality, customer service and food hygiene & safety
•Lead and in-charge of menu changing, POS upgrading etc.
•Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned
