• Passionate about retail leasing, experienced in regional market research, trade mix design, making data-driven financial decision and strategy
• an Independent retail leasing expert who proactively reaches out to potential partners in/outside Hong Kong, further promoting this unique project in Hong Kong
• an Effective communicator who can negotiate leasing terms and manage enquiries promptly  
• Team player who keeps close relationship with the team as well as other stakeholders e.g. marketing/ property management/ project management within the group for smooth operation and internal SOP setup
• Open-minded to accept new ideas, curious about the latest trends for long -term and short leasing leasing plans
