Responsibilities:  

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans and strategy to expand ODM/OEM customer base and achieve revenue target
• Explore, build, grow and maintain good relationships with new clients and business partners
• Good understanding of customer requirements coupled with industry/technology trends. Able to anticipate customer needs and also provide inputs/feedback to internal departments (R&D and factories)
• Work with a cross-functional team of people from R&D team, Product Team, manufacturing team and material sourcing & purchasing team to deliver business proposal, new product platforms and solutions that meet the customers' business needs
• Manage the whole sales cycle from prospects development till order fulfillment
• Participate in management decisions to align company's goal. Play a crucial role in shaping the future of the product and OEM/ODM business
• Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious targets

Requirements:   

• Bachelor's degree holder or above, preferably in engineering or product management experience
• Minimum 10 years of relevant sales experience for senior sales role; for candidates with less year of experience may be considered as Sales Manager
• Previous exposure from consumer electronics field is required (preferable in digital imaging / camera / audio / healthcare industries)
• Rich and very strong established relationships with US, EU or China customers in consumer electronics field, preferable in having customer base on hand (OEM/ODM)
• A proven track record of driving profitable business growth and securing new opportunities
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is a definite advantage
• Strong sales-driven and hunter mindset
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently to manage time and meet strategic objectives effectively
• Willingness to travel occasionally (China & overseas)
