About this role 

Currently we are looking for a Technical Services Manager with hands-on experience in facilities and operation management. 

As a facilities management professional, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operation and maintenance of all facilities services ELV installations. You will manage and lead a team of technical staff to inspect the work. 

Ideally you will posses the following; 

• Degree in Electronic / Electrical Engineering
• Ideally with professional qualifications 
• At least 10 years working in developers, consultancies, property management companies or contractors
• Experienced in managing complex building operations 
• Energetic, highly motivated, strive for excellence and high level of accountability;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills 
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
