Company Overview:
We are partnering with one of Asia’s leading real estate and hospitality groups to recruit a Construction Director . This is an exceptional opportunity to join a prestigious organization renowned for its iconic developments and commitment to excellence.

Role Overview:
As the Construction Director , you will oversee the management of large-scale hospitality development projects across Asia, from initial planning to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex hospitality and real estate projects.
• Coordinate and integrate design planning , contract administration , and technical activities .
• Manage external consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Oversee high-end hospitality fitting-out works , ensuring premium quality and attention to detail.
• Ensure compliance with building ordinances , regulations, and quality standards.
• Foster strong relationships with government officials, consultants, and main contractors.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, implementing corrective actions as needed.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architectural, Civil Engineering , Structural Engineering , Building Engineering , or a related field.
• Minimum of 25 years of experience in building construction, with a strong focus on construction management .
• Proven track record in delivering large-scale, complex building projects (hospitality or residential developments preferred).
• Hands-on experience in construction management and high-end hospitality fitting-out works .
• In-depth knowledge of building ordinances and full-spectrum project delivery.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
