Key Responsibilities:

  1. Report to the Department Head to support Sales & Marketing activities.
  2. Identify and develop new customers, business partners, and opportunities while retaining existing clients to achieve business objectives.
  3. Provide exceptional sales and account management, delivering customer service support to maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients and partners.
  4. Manage tenders and business negotiations to meet business targets.
  5. Conduct financial feasibility studies and analyses to evaluate the profitability of business tenders.
  6. Lead and coordinate regular customer meetings and visits to achieve business goals.
  7. Develop effective sales and marketing strategies, customer presentations, and proposals tailored to client needs.
  8. Assist in conducting necessary marketing research to gather market and competitor intelligence, identifying industry trends and opportunities.
  9. Manage the annual budget and prepare business reports to monitor performance.
  10. Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders from diverse nationalities and cultures.
  11. Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Department Head.
  12. Willingness to travel overseas and to mainland China for business conferences and meetings.

Job Requirements:

  1. Degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Management, Communications, or Aviation-related disciplines preferred.
  2. 3-5 years of relevant experience, with experience in aviation-related fields or developing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems will be a big plus.
  3. Previous work experience in Chinese enterprises is advantageous. Candidates with less experience but relevant potential may also be considered.
  4. Understanding of both international and Chinese business practices and cultures.
  5. Proficient in communicating effectively in fluent spoken and written English, Chinese Mandarin, and Cantonese.
  6. Sales-oriented and results-driven with strong business acumen and good numerical and analytical skills.
  7. Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  8. Strong planning and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership and commitment.
  9. Adaptable to a dynamic market environment.
  10. Good self-discipline and business ethics.
  11. Ability to work independently under pressure, while also being a collaborative team player.
  12. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing.
  13. Immediate availability is a plus.
