Job Description:

• Design and produce multimedia content for a variety of digital platforms, social media platforms and marketing materials (e.g. Facebook, Instagram or The Red Book)
• Develop a creative concept or idea for the video that aligns with the product's key selling points
• Edit and post-production work, including selecting the best footage, adding music and sound effects, and enhancing the visual quality of the video
• Assist in performance marketing campaigns across different digital platforms
• Familiar with Google Analysis, and provide support in analyzing the video's performance metrics, such as views, engagement, and click-through rates, to measure its effectiveness and inform future video marketing strategies
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in multimedia design and incorporate them into our works

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of robust experience in integrated marketing, digital marketing, and campaign management.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
• Demonstrated high performance, with the ability to multitask effectively and thrive under pressure.
• Familiarity with eCommerce practices is advantageous.
• Essential expertise in SEO, SEM, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of multimedia design is a welcomed asset.
