Job Description
 Purposes:

  1. To ensure that the company is conducting its business in full compliance with all HKEX regulations, and national & international laws and set up a robust compliance and risk management system
  2. To create, review and implement policies, procedures and best practices within the organization
  3. To coordinate regular audit with departments and interact with external auditors on matters related to organization's internal controls when necessary
  4. To assess potential fraud activities, develop fraud detection tools as well as perform GAP analysis on best practices

Duties:

  1. To assist in updating, implementing, and monitoring the risk management frameworks
  2. To identify and evaluate compliance and internal control requirements and risks associated with the operations & business activities and provide sustainable recommendations
  3. To draft, revise, update and maintain internal policies 
  4. To review business process and new initiatives put forward by departments to ensure all are in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  5. To monitor and assess the critical company risks, generate alerts and provide solutions to ensure all are in control
  6. To perform internal controls review and define corporate risk mitigation activities
  7. To deliver in-house compliance and risk management trainings and provide advice to the management
  8. Any ad hoc duties as assigned

 Requirements:

  1. Degree holder in BA, Law, Finance, Accounting or other related discipline
  2. 3-5 years relevant experience in Risk Advisory / Risk Management / Internal Control / Internal Audit, ideally in Trading industries
  3. A good team player, quick learner, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility and discipline with good communication skills
  4. Proficient in written and spoken Putonghua, Cantonese and English
