About the role

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Executive to join our dynamic team at ASUS Technology (Hong Kong) Limited. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our online sales and digital marketing initiatives . As an integral part of our eCommerce team, you will leverage your expertise in digital and search marketing to optimise our e-commerce presence and enhance the customer experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of the e-commerce strategy to achieve business goals
• Drive customer engagement and conversions through innovative digital experience
• Work with system developing partner to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of the ASUS Online Store and responsible for all on-site content
• Responsible for all performance metrics including page views, time on page, add-to-cart   rate, user acquisition, conversions, average order value, transactions and   revenue
• Manage and develop relationships with our fulfillment partners, including influencing   and educating them on ASUS’ products
• Work   closely with cross-functional support team including product and marketing to   ensure efficient and effective execution of promotional or product campaigns
• Analyse data, trends and performance to report on business figures internally and   take ownership with the leader of your vertical, developing deep insights and  providing actional recommendations
• Serve as a liaison with fulfillment partners, regarding new product launches,   promotional campaigns, inventory management
• Providing support escalation and resolution to ensure positive customer engagement and   experience

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably within the technology or retail industry
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
• Deep knowledge in e-commerce systems and digital solutions. knowledge in Magento Enterprise is a plus
• High attention to digital trends and obsesses over customer digital experience
• Good understanding of system development and maintenance
• Familiar with system and business processes engineering
