Responsibilities

• Lead brainstorming sessions and craft creative strategies and directions that align with client objectives and market trends.
• Manage and mentor a talented group of copywriters and designers, ensuring seamless execution of multiple projects with finesse and timely delivery.
• Oversee the creation of compelling content across various digital platforms, including social media retainers, branding content, and website content and articles. 
• Work closely with account servicing and design teams to ensure campaigns are cohesive and impactful.
• Manage and coordinate with production houses to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Refine content strategies and increase effectiveness across various channels based on performance data.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, English, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in digital marketing and content creation, with at least 1 year in a leadership role within a creative or digital agency.
• Extensive experience with social media strategy, campaign development, branding projects, and content creation for digital platforms.
• Masterful command of copywriting, editing, and storytelling with a portfolio demonstrating creative success in digital campaigns.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative direction and a deep understanding of digital marketing tools and SEO.
• An innovative and strategic thinker passionate about digital trends and creative excellence.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable in client-facing roles.
