Responsibilities:

• Develop technology strategies and implementation roadmaps aligned with business growth
• Team Management: Build, manage, and mentor the technical team to enhance overall capability and efficiency
• Oversee planning, development, testing, and deployment of technology projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
• Participate in the design, optimization or reconstruction of system architecture and core modules, and support the challenges of system concurrency and high availability under the rapid development of business
• Responsible for performance tuning of various services
• Analyze and solve all kinds of problems encountered in the system development process or actual use to ensure the normal development and operation of the system
• Participated in guiding junior and intermediate engineers, Code Review and technical breakthrough
• Tracked the online operation of products, found and dealt with problems in time

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in computer science, at least 5 years Java, large Internet application development experience
• Led a team of more than 10 people
• Solid foundation, proficient in IO, multithreading, collection and other basic frameworks, proficient in JVM tuning
• Proficient in SpringBoot, SpringCloud and SpringCloudAlibaba, MyBatis, Dubbo, RocketMQ, RabbitMQ, Nacos, Seata, Sentinel, Gateway, etc., with practical application experience
• Proficient in APM tools Zipkin+Sleuth, Pinpoint, SkyWalking, CAT, Prometheus+Grafana (at least one)
• Proficient in infrastructure, distributed systems, design and application of microservices, distributed caching, messaging, concurrency control, service governance, service isolation and degradation, etc.
• Proficient in using relational databases (Oracle, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, memcache), proficient in SQL tuning
• Proficient in GDS system TravelSky, with experience in IBE+ system development and debugging
• Proficient in mainland China air tickets, hotels, train tickets, tourism and other business experience, participated in or led the architecture design of OTA system
• Good business analysis, abstraction ability, design ability, clear thinking and document writing ability
• Familiar with routine e-commerce transaction process, order reversal process, payment process, etc.
• Strong learning ability, able to adapt to high intensity of work pressure
• Strong initiative and enthusiasm for technical exploration
