Key Responsibilities:

• Work with HQ Trade & China Commercial team to achieve sales targets and implement business plans
• Develop new customer bases through effective negotiation and customer relationship management
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and conduct market research to understand customer needs
• Handle and resolve all customer enquiries, maintain good relationship with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain the sales activity records and customer interactions in CRM system
• Generate regular sales performance reports and analysis to Management team  

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Shipping / Freight Forwarding industry
• Good communication, aggressive, strong organizing and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
• Experience on Africa, Oceania, Latin America and/or Intra-Asia Trade is an advantage
• Candidates with more solid and relevant experience will be considered as Sales Manager
