We are a new launch company since 2015, specializing on of both air and sea freight with supply chain service, major markets are US, Europe and Asia.  We are now seeking a proactive Operation Executive in Air Freight to join our team.

Responsibilities:      

• Handle incoming bookings and service enquiries.
• Liaise properly with third-party service providers in service delivery to the customers.
• Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
• Accomplish procedures in the air freight such as loading of cargo to foreign destinations and customer relations on a daily basis.
• Resolve customers' complaints via phone calls and emails.
• Prevent service malfunction or failure with appropriate solutions.

Qualifications:

• F.5 / HKDSE or above 
• Fresh grad are welcome
• Minimum 1 years of working experience, preferably in air freight operations.
• Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Independent, self-motivated, analytical with attention to details
• Highly organized and able to multitask with case.
• Hard-working, willing to learn, detail-oriented and good sense of responsibility.
• Good command of computer skills: MS Office; Chinese & English typing (Knowledge in Cargo wise is an advantage)
