My client is a leading insurance brokerage firm dedicated to providing tailored insurance solutions to our clients. With a focus on exceptional customer service and innovative risk management strategies, we help businesses and individuals protect what matters most. We are looking for a motivated and experienced  (Senior) Account Manager  to join their growing team.

As a  (Senior) Account Manager , you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with professionalism and care. You will work closely with sales and underwriting teams to manage client accounts, provide expert advice, and deliver exceptional service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and has a strong understanding of the insurance industry.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Understand clients' insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
• Manage policy renewals, updates, and endorsements
• Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and secure the best coverage for clients
• Conduct regular account reviews to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services
• Assist clients with claims processing and resolution
• Prepare and present reports to clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in account management, insurance brokerage, or a related role
• Strong knowledge of GI insurance products
• Holder of professional insurance qualifications (CII or ANZIIF) would be considered an advantage
• Good command of Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
