Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the helpdesk and IT systems.
Work with stakeholders and vendors to setup systems and resolve technical issues.
Keep IT related documentation up-to-date and conduct regular health checks.
Create procedures and user manuals to improve efficiency and user support.
Assist with infrastructure projects to ensure timely completion.
Handle task management and prioritize incidents for quick resolution.
Perform additional tasks as needed to support the IT department.
