Job Summary:

As a Recruitment Trainee, you will assist the recruitment team in various stages of the hiring process. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in HR and talent acquisition.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes and applications to identify potential candidates for open positions; 
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers; 
• Prepare interview materials and ensure a smooth interview process; 
• Communicate with candidates regarding application statuses and interview feedback; 
• Build relationships with candidates to enhance their experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment metrics.
• Assist in any ad hoc tasks assigned. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline and year 2 or above;
• Good interpersonal skills and comfortable with communicating with employees at all levels;
• Team player but also independent;
• Prior internship experience in any HR field would be an added advantage.

Work Schedule: 

• The ideal candidate should be able to commit to working a minimum of 2 full days/ 4 half days .
