Major Responsibilities:

• Assist Marketing Manager to execute all trade and consumer marketing activities
• Develop and propose marketing plans to sustain growth on pillar products
• Efficiently design and develop the marketing POSM in collaboration with vendors, agencies
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure excellent execution of ATL and BTL marketing initiatives under a tight schedule
• Prepare regular marketing reports for analysis of business trends and consumer insights to achieve brand sales and market share targets
• Propose and implement digital media strategy and manage social media platform
• Assist in maintaining and updating websites and other digital assets
• Provide administrative support and perform other ad hoc duties

Qualifications:

• Degree / Diploma holder in Marketing, Business Studies, PR, Communication, Design or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the marketing field. Experience in the optical industry is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Self-motivated, Independent, and able to work under pressure
• Good command of spoken and written English & Mandarin 
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel & Power point.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop will be an advantage
