Job Duties:
- Handle daily accounting operation and administrative duties
- Process accounting invoices and payment arrangements
- Prepare monthly management reporting and analysis
- Assist in interim/annual audit
- Assist in annual budget and quarterly forecast
- Perform ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration or other related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience
- Well versed in Microsoft Office (excel, word, powerpoint, etc)
- Experience in accounting systems – SAP is an advantage
- Proficient in English and Mandarin
- Good analytical, coordination and communication skills
- Detail-minded, well-organized, able to work under tight schedule to meet deadlines
