Job Duties: 

Property Consultant 地产代理:

• Provide professional property consultation service to clients 为客户提供专业物业咨询服务

Sales Assistant 地产助理:

• Update client database 更新物业资料库
• Assist in conducting market research 协助市场调查
• Handle ad-hoc assignments 其他工作

Job Requirements:

• Fluency in spoken and written Chinese and Putonghua. Knowledge of English is an advantage  流利粤语及普通话。英语更佳
• Experience in real estate industry is highly preferred 有地产经验特别优先
• Good interpersonal and communication skills 良好沟通技巧
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision 能独立工作
• EA license holder for property consultant 地产代理需持有地产代理牌
