About the role

As a Project Coordinator at QTC Traffic Technology Limited, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful delivery of our innovative traffic technology projects. This is a full-time position based in the Yau Tsim Mong District, where you will collaborate closely with our project teams to ensure efficient project management and coordination.

What you'll be doing

• Supervising site installation work, and liaising with other relevant departments and parties for matters relating to the project implementation
• Preparing regular site installation reports
• Preparing as-built drawings for the installation work
• Maintaining test record, site installation record database and maintenance record database
• Handling of inquiries and complaints made by members of public or VIPs
• Coordinating with VIP organisations for distribution and maintenance issues of the device supplied under the project
• Liaising with VIPs and/or VIP organisations representatives upon request by the Client's Representative
• Assist in the planning, scheduling and monitoring of project activities to ensure timely completion of deliverables
• Coordinate project-related communications, documentation and reporting to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a project coordination or administrative support role, preferably within the technology or engineering industry
• Possessed an associate degree or a higher diploma in electronics engineering or computer science or electrical engineering or equivalent 
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in the use of project management software, MS Office and other productivity tools
• A solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices would be an advantage
