Leasing Officer - Retail (Hong Kong & Macau)

A well-established company in the conglomerate, operating around 80 retail stores in Hong Kong and Macau. This organization has been a trusted name since 1960, known for its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Review and finalize leasing agreements to ensure they align with company objectives and regulations.
• Conduct analysis of geographic and demographic data, as well as rental comparable, to support decisions on new store openings and lease renewals.
• Work closely with landlords to organize roadshows, promoting leasing opportunities effectively.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify potential leasing prospects.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in leasing or property management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin).
