Roles and Responsibilities

• Client Engagement : Identify and develop leads by connecting with potential clients to understand their business needs and recommend suitable cloud solutions.
• Sales Support : Collaborate with the Sales Team to uncover, validate, and expand opportunities related to Azure and Security.
• Solution Development : Lead solution-oriented discussions with clients and create a long-term technology roadmap.
• Pre-Sales Assistance : Provide support in proposal development and deliver client-facing presentations.
• Industry Awareness : Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new products to offer valuable insights to clients and the team.

We Are Looking For

• Education : A degree in any discipline.
• Experience : At least 2 years of experience engaging with clients to develop cloud adoption strategies.
• Cloud Expertise : In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite functions and features, with the ability to present value propositions and use cases effectively.
• Security Proficiency : Experience in evaluating and enhancing client security postures, coordinating with vendors for security solutions.
• Communication Skills : Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging and influencing senior management and C-level executives.
• Problem-Solving Abilities : Strong problem-solving and strategic solution development skills, with a collaborative approach to working with sales, pre-sales, engineering, and clients.
• Certifications : Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, and Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.
• Language Proficiency : Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
