Responsibilities:

- Answering phone inquiries 接聽電話及解答查詢

- Greeting guests 接待病人

- Registration 登記

- Handling appointments 處理預約
 

- Handling complaints 處理投訴

- Nursing Care in Consultation room 跟症

- Arranging the eye examination and surgery schedules 協調眼科檢查及手術時間表

- Assisting Doctors in examination or surgery procedures 協助醫生進行檢查或手術

- Cooperating and liaising with Doctors and Optometrists 與醫生和視光師溝通協調

- Providing patient care and help in a timely basis and appropriate manner
   及時和適當地照顧病人並提供協助

- Drug handling 藥物處理

- Cashier 收款




 

Requirements:

- At least 1 year working experience 具1年工作經驗

- Clinic experience is preferable 具診所經驗者優先

- Surgery Centre experience is preferable 具手術中心經驗者優先
 

- Experience in Ophthalmic is an advantage, but not a must 具眼科經驗是優勢,但不是必須

- Pleasant personality and a good team player 性格良好及具團隊合作精神

- Positive thinking, proactive and willing to learn 思想正面,積極主動並樂於學習

- Excellent communication skills 良好溝通技巧

- Presentable with Good customer-service and telephone manner 良好服務態度及電話對答技巧

- Chinese and English computer knowledge is a must 懂中英文電腦操作

- Immediately available or short notice is preferred 可立即上班或短通知期較佳
