Duties & Responsibilities

• To effectively manage, monitor and maintain the construction schedule for the site installation works, take all necessary action to resolve site issues as required
• To perform site inspections and solve technical problems with the support of the project design and management teams
• To supervise and collaborate with contractors, sub-contractors and other supervisors/workers to ensure the smoothness of daily operations and achievement of the highest quality outcomes
• To ensure the Occupational Health & Safety performance of the project in accordance with the project safety management plan, maintaining a safe work environment by coordinating sub-contractors and company’s safety team for safety documentation, safety meetings, review work method statements, etc.
• To regularly update on installation progress with Project Manager, Project Director and other project participants and to ensure all installation activities comply with contractual and statutory requirements
• To undertake any other duties as assigned by the Project Director and his supervisor 

Professional Qualifications & Experience Required

• Stationed in overseas is required
• Diploma or above in Construction, Engineering, Project Management or other related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in site-based construction role, with preference shown to installation of theme park, show attractions, shopping malls, etc.
• Good understanding of the construction processes, including specific processes relating to theming works
• Good people management skill with ability to manage conflicts & deal with people at different levels
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with ability to work with people at all levels of the organization, and of different cultures
• Well-organized, details-oriented, able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project and Good command of spoken and written English
