Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist in developing new institutional investors and maintaining existing ones, including liaising with current Limited Partners (LPs) and coordinating with internal colleagues to address various LP requests, as well as regularly visiting investors.
2. Participate in roadshows with fund partners and key project leaders.
3. Prepare materials for fundraising, including organizing Private Placement Memorandums (PPMs), Limited Partnership Agreements (LPAs), information gathering, and preparing PowerPoint presentations or reports.
4. Assist the team in expanding fundraising channels, identifying potential institutional investors or high-net-worth clients, and presenting the company’s profile, fund details, and investment rationale.
5. Quickly learn and understand investment logic, and organize various materials and information related to fund and project fundraising.
6. Conduct market and competitor research.
7. Handle certain public relations (PR) tasks for the fund, such as organizing investor events and daily public sentiment monitoring.
Qualifications:
1. 3-5 years of work experience.
2. Experience with USD IR or RMB IR is preferred.
3. Fluent in English (native English speaker is preferred; proficiency in Arabic is a plus).
4. Excellent communication and multitasking skills with strong learning ability. Able to manage competing projects and priorities.
