Customer Service Administrator (Admin support for travel/hotel field)
Our client, a well established Vacation Club is looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above-mentioned position. Details are as followings:
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the team.
Perform a full range of closing administration operation tasks.
Respond to internal and external requests for information regarding closing disbursement, contract documents, preparing and distributing reports as required to appropriate parties.
Prepare regular reports for senior management.
Performs other duties as appropriate.
Ensure quality procedures and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
Diploma or above
Fluent spoken & written English & Chinese (Cantonese).
2 years or above of customer service administration experience in hotel or travel field; Or Legal industry will also be considered.
Experience in MS Office (especially Microsoft Excel) and other computer systems.
Positive attitude and able to work effectively as a good team player.
Detail-minded, independent and good organized skills.
Experience in high volume, fast-paced, results oriented business environments.
