    • Japanese speaking, JLPT N1 or above
    • No Jap skills but with travel industry (esp ticketing) exp will be considered

    Company: Our client is a long-established travel agency

    Work location: Lai Chi Kok

    Working hours: (Monday to Friday) 9:00-18:00

    Salary: HKD 16,500-18,500/month (depend on experience)

    Responsibilities:

    • Arranging business travel
    • Booking and issuing tickets using a dedicated reservation terminal
    • Booking hotels
    • Arranging visa applications for clients (preparing documents etc)
    • Settlement (issuing invoices etc.)

    Requirements:

    • Native in Cantonese with proficiency in English
    • JLPT N1 or Business-level Japanese
    • Candidates without Japanese language skills may be considered if they have experience in the travel industry (especially ticketing)
    • Relevant experience as a Clerk in Travel industry are highly preferred
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
