We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position(s) in the Student Affairs Office:

 

Temporary / Part-time Clerk (SAO) (Ref: 25000GI)

 

Major Duties and Responsibilities
The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following:

  • Performing general clerical duties to support the operation of the team;
  • Providing logistic support for activities including annual scholarship and bursary event, briefing seminars for students/working staff and training sessions;
  • Providing administrative support for promoting and executing a wide range of scholarship schemes and awards for global learning activities, including data vetting, preparing publicity materials, updating application and nomination forms/guidelines/reports and filing work;
  • Answering students’ enquiries in relation to scholarships and awards; and
  • Performing any other duties as assigned by supervisors.


Candidates
Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:

  • At least 5 subjects with Level 2 in HKDSE or equivalent, including English & Chinese languages and Mathematics, preferably a recognized degree;
  • Good communication skills in English and Chinese (including Putonghua); and
  • Proficiency in computer applications, have knowledge in graphic design and video-editing would be an advantage.

 

Terms and Conditions for Appointment
Successful candidate will be appointed on a temporary / part-time contract.  Benefits will be provided in accordance with the statutory provisions.
