Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support to the business, collaborating closely with the back office on trade, settlement, and clearing for a diverse range of listed products in global markets, including equities, futures, options, and stock options. Experience with Equity Swaps is preferred.
• Offer business operational support, including daily funding, monitoring currency deficits, and managing SBL Counterparties Cash Collateral.
• Handle all client trading account-related issues, from onboarding to funding, margin issues, and fund and stock deposits/withdrawals.
• Conduct audit and compliance/AML checks, account risk reviews, and limits reviews.
• Provide trade and client support, ensuring the accuracy of all trade-related matters, trade confirmation bookings, and client reporting.
• Design funding projection models for cost-effective trade settlement.
• Develop operational control procedures and relevant control reports to identify, measure, and mitigate operational risks.
• Monitor complex settlements and control exceptions, investigate issues, and coordinate resolutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or above degree Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or related discipline(s)
• +4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of market practices, operations, and regulations across a wide range of markets and products.
• High adaptability to changing work requirements.
• Independent, enthusiastic, accountable, and able to work under pressure.
• Logical and systematic thinker.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Access.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
