Optimize existing software for performance, scalability, and reliability in both HPC and decentralized environments;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture, design, and implementation strategies for HPC and Web3 projects;
Lead the development of parallel and distributed algorithms to solve computational challenges and enable decentralized applications;
Evaluate and integrate new technologies and tools to enhance our HPC and Web3 capabilities;
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and developers;
Conduct performance analysis and tuning to ensure optimal system performance in HPC and blockchain environments;
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in HPC and Web3 technologies.
Qualifications
Related degree in the R&D area, over 10 years of experience in HPC and familiar with various WEB3 technologies;
Strong proficiency in parallel computing, distributed systems, and performance optimization;
Proficient in programming languages such as C/C++, Fortran, Python, Solidity, and JavaScript;
Experience with HPC frameworks and libraries (e.g., MPI, OpenMP, CUDA) and blockchain technologies (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger, IPFS);
Familiarity with cloud-based HPC solutions and decentralized storage solutions;
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment;
Strong communication and leadership skills.
