Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Planning and Execution:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns across the US, Europe, and Asia markets.
  • Assist in defining campaign strategies, tactics, and budgets to achieve the desired marketing objectives.
  • Ensure seamless coordination and execution of campaigns across various digital channels.
  • Partnership Management:
  • Identify, establish, and maintain strong relationships with key digital marketing partners, including price comparison sites, coupon platforms, influencers, bloggers, and publishers.
  • Coordinate with partners to facilitate successful campaign outcomes, such as product seeding, content creation, and performance tracking.
  • Ensure all partnership-related contractual requirements are fulfilled.
  • Performance Tracking and Optimization:
  • Monitor the performance of digital marketing campaigns, analyze the data, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on the effectiveness of campaigns, highlighting key metrics and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the team to implement optimization strategies based on performance analyses.
  • Competitive Landscape Analysis:
  • Conduct ongoing competitive research to stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities.
  • Provide recommendations based on competitive insights, market learnings, and industry benchmarks to enhance the overall digital marketing strategy.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the broader marketing team and other departments to ensure the seamless integration of digital marketing initiatives.
  • Assist with additional assignments as needed to support the overall marketing goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, or a related field
  • 0-1 year of relevant experience in digital marketing, startups, or media agencies (or relevant internships for fresh graduates)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including search, social media, and content marketing
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive, dynamic, and customer-centric approach to work
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17,000.00 - $19,000.00 per month
