Responsibilities:

* Assist in providing basic hardware testing and repair services

(e.g., LCD Monitor, Notebook, Mini PC, Router, NAS and etc.).

* Answer customers' technical enquiries.

* Liaise with manufacturers to resolve product repair/technical issues.

* Test new products to ensure they meet functionality and specification requirements.

Requirements:

* DSE or equivalent education level.

* Knowledge of PC assembly and related operating systems.

* Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.

* Basic understanding of English and Mandarin.

* Less experienced candidates or fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Working Hour: Monday to Friday 08:40 - 17:50 (5-DAYS WORK WEEK)
