Key responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with contractors, property developers, interior design, and architect companies.
• Make initial contact and visits to present the company's products.
• Liaise with contractors on-site and handle technical issues and complaints.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
• Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports.
• Understand business drivers and initiatives and identify value-added for the customer.
• Possess both sales skills and technical knowledge to make presentations and lead customer discussions to advance the sales process.

Requirements

• Over 2 years of working experience in sales & business development position.
• Preferred experience with LED TV Wall/LED Transparent Curtain/Lighting Control System/ELV Project.
• Familiarity with Lutron Lighting Control Solution is a plus.
• Experience in selling residential lighting solutions is desirable.
• Strong connections with Property Developers, Architects, Designers Contractors.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strategic, objective-focused, and good problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently and effectively.
• Able to work under pressure and willing to work overtime.
• Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
• Excellent rapport building skill, outgoing, presentable, friendly, and sociable.
• High Diploma/Bachelor's Degree or above.
