We are dynamic B2B in online payments, with headquarters in Tel Aviv and offices in Bulgaria, Hong Kong, Singapore, and the UK. We are seeking a skilled Risk Team Representative who is eager to advance their career by joining our successful team.
About the role
Identify, assess, and monitor the amount of risk the organization is exposed to, and develop risk mitigation strategies.
Main responsibilities
- Monitor real-time transactions to identify any suspicious or fraudulent activities and analyze transaction patterns and trends to detect potential risks.
- Evaluate and assess the level of risk associated with specific transactions or customer accounts. Determine appropriate actions, such as blocking transactions or escalating issues to senior management.
- Utilize advanced fraud detection tools and techniques to identify and prevent fraudulent activities. Implement strategies to minimize the company's exposure to risk.
- Document all findings and actions taken in relation to risk assessment and monitoring. Prepare regular reports on transaction trends, risk assessments, and fraud incidents for management review.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Customer Support and Compliance, to ensure a coordinated approach to risk management.
Requirements
- Valid working visa/Singaporean citizenship- a must!
- A bachelor's degree in a related field- a must!
- Fluent/native in spoken and written English & Mandarin- a must!
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel - a must!
- Experience in Risk - a must!
- Experience in online payment processing
- Critical thinking skills, with the ability to independently solve problems with data
- Passion for constant self-learning to keep up with the ever-changing payments industry
- Superb attention to detail
- Ability to quickly learn new features and adapt to innovations

Pay: $20,000.00 - $23,000.00 per month
