My client is a reputable building services contractor.

Work Location (one of the location):

• Macau Ferry Terminal, Sheung Wan
• Kai Tak Cruise Terminal, Kai Tak
• China Ferry Terminal, Tsim Sha Tsui

Responsibilities:

• Building Services Maintenance Supervision
• Responsible for inspecting and dealing with all matters related to BS services installations and assist and support the Building Services Inspector in monitoring the site work progress and standard of workmanship of the BS installation works.

Job requirements:

• At least 3 years’ building service supervisor experience
• Valid Construction Safety Green Card
• Fluent in written and spoken in English and Chinese

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26,000.00 - $32,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
