Our client is a Singapore-listed manufacturing group that specializes in providing Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) to leading global consumer and industrial brands. With operations in Hong Kong, Southern China, and Vietnam, our client is looking for high-caliber individuals to join and advance their careers in the following areas.

Requirements

• Degree or higher in Industrial Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, Purchasing/Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of solid experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within the electronic manufacturing services sector.
• Proficient in ERP/MRPII/MES applications, preferably familiar with SAP systems.
• Responsible for Master Scheduling and Resource Planning (Manpower).
• Proactively optimize production plans to maximize production capacity utilization and output across various lines, including Molding, Bonding, SMT, AISS, Automation, and Casing.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of finished goods to customers and effective material management.
• Achieve company KPIs (e.g., stock turns, revenue targets, excess inventory).
• Independent, analytical, dynamic, self-motivated, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
• Collaborate closely with the PRC PC Team for planning and job control.
• Fluent in English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
