Position Overview:

The Financial Controller will play a crucial role in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic insights to drive the company's growth. This position requires a detail-oriented and analytical professional with strong leadership abilities and a deep understanding of financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.

Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with local and international accounting standards.

Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.

Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations to senior management to support business decisions.

Manage relationships with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.

Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports for management, highlighting key financial metrics and trends.

Collaborate with various departments to develop financial strategies that align with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP).

Proficient in financial software and tools; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Proven ability to develop and implement financial strategies and policies.

Fluency in English and Mandarin is required; proficiency in Vietnamese is a plus.
